What happens when you call
You will speak to someone who can answer practical questions and book an appointment. If we cannot answer at that moment, leave a message — calls are returned within one business day.
The first appointment is an in-person visit: a history, a physical examination, and a decision about treatment. Where it is clinically appropriate, medication is started that day rather than at a second appointment. Enrolling covers what to bring.
What to have ready
- A list of everything you are taking, prescribed or otherwise, with doses if you know them
- The name of the pharmacy you intend to use
- Any recent bloodwork or records from another clinician
- Your insurance details, or a note that you have none — either way, say so at the first call
- An honest account of how much and how recently. It is what the first dose is calculated from, not a moral inventory.
Finding us
The clinic is on Woodson Road beside St. Louis Lambert International Airport, reachable from I‑70, I‑170 and Lindbergh. Parking is on site and level with the entrance, and there are no stairs between the lot and the exam room.
